It was such fun to meet! The internet pictures of your cafe (is that the right word?) are cool, but seeing the real deal is much better!
I neglected to mention that Chronical Books (www.chroniclebooks.com) prints a collection of Paris city walks. One of them (#34, La Butte aux Calles) goes right past L’OisiveThe! If you are curious I will be happy to mail you a paper copy. Perhaps you could influence them to mention you.
Washington is euphoric over the Obama celebration – and I hope the healthy good feelings last and last. It was really nice to come home to an upbeat city!
With luck, my wife and I will visit Paris again about this time next year. If so I will be in touch and offer to be a reliable ‘peanut butter connection.’
